VIRULENCE FACTORS AND ANTIBIOTIC RESISTANT PROFILE OF PSEUDOMONAS AERUGINOSA ISOLATED FROM HOSPITAL ENVIRONMENTAL

The hospital environment considered one of the most important and dangerous health environments. Pseudomonas aeruginosa is one of the most common bacteria caused Healthcare-associated infections, recent years sever infection have occurred as a result of it, for this reason the current study aimed to find out prevalence of Pseudomonas aeruginosa and their virulence factors and it resistant to antibiotic. For this purpose 320 samples collected from different hospital environmental and medical equipment that patient deal with. Microbiological and genetic technique were conducted.
