PROBLEMS AND FEATURES OF ISLAMIC FAMILY LAW IN THE UZBEK FAMILY

This article provides a brief description of the methodological approach to the study of the role of Islamic law and national customs in the family life of Uzbeks. The author analyzed the historical retrospective of the Uzbek family. The main stages in the development of family and marriage relations on the territory of Uzbekistan are highlighted. During the analysis of scientific works of national and foreign scientists, the author's definition of the institution of the family was derived, and the main functions and tasks of the family in modern Uzbek society were highlighted.
