BIOPHYSICS OF MUSCLE CONTRACTION
Keywords:
Muscle contraction, biophysics, actin, myosin, sarcomere, calcium ion, ATP, contraction mechanism.Abstract
This article analyzes the biophysical foundations of muscle contraction, including the structural organization of skeletal muscle, the sliding filament theory, the mechanism of excitation-contraction coupling, the energy supply of the contractile process, and the biomechanical properties of contraction. Based on the research findings, scientific and methodological conclusions for optimizing muscular activity in the practice of physical education and sport have been formulated.
